Inspired by Harriet Quimby, America’s first licensed female pilot, the concept channels the energy of a true pioneer: fearless, stylish, adventurous, and ahead of her time. That same character lives within the experience at The Quimby—where classic American hospitality meets worldly influence in a setting that feels lively, confident, and refined.
